Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Huddle.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parent or guardian permission.
• By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and keeping them secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Huddle is designed for two-person shared spaces. Content and data entered in shared features may be visible to your paired partner. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including messages, photos, drawings, and list/calendar entries.

You grant Huddle a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

You represent that you have rights to submit the content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt service functionality.
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or interfere with Huddle.
• Use Huddle for commercial spam or deceptive activity.

The Huddle service, including software, branding, design elements, and related materials (excluding user content), is owned by Huddle and protected by intellectual property laws.

Huddle may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

Huddle currently offers a free tier. If paid features are launched in the future, additional terms and pricing details will apply and be presented before purchase.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• You may stop using Huddle at any time.
• You may request account deletion through support at support@huddle.app.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or legal compliance reasons.

Huddle is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Huddle is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, or emergency service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huddle and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huddle and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Huddle is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in good faith with us first by contacting support@huddle.app.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we will post updated Terms and may provide additional notice in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
